Members are awarded dollars for participating in a study. The number of dollars you receive depends on whether you qualify for a survey, as well as the length of the survey you are asked to complete. If you are invited to participate in a survey, but do not qualify, you will be awarded with $0.50. Online Surveys
An invitation and link to a secure web site are sent to your e-mail address and you will be required to respond using the prompts on screen. On average, the surveys would take about 10 minutes to 30 minutes, maximum.

Group Discussions
Lasting about 1 ¼ hours, a group discussion is a meeting of 6-10 people to discuss issues around products and services. If you attend, you will be provided with light refreshments, and are paid for your time (between $25 and $100, depending on the time it takes). These discussions may be held at a local function venue or in one of their clients’ offices. Sometimes, they also run these discussions online in a chat room environment.

Telephone Surveys
An invitation to participate in a telephone survey will be sent to your e-mail address, with a list of times presented as alternatives for the most convenient time to contact you. One of their friendly interviewers will then contact you and ask some questions over the telephone. On average, this type of survey would take around 15 to 20 minutes.

Face to Face Surveys
As with Telephone surveys, you will receive an invitation via e-mail and choose a time. Face to face surveys can be conducted in your home, at a central location, such as a shopping centre, or their offices. On average, this type of survey takes 20 to 30 minutes. If you need to come to their venue you will receive a minimum of $20 cash for your time.
